Thank you so much for purchasing from us at Kimberly's Custom! We strive to ensure that you are happy with every purchase made from us! However, due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer refunds/exchanges unless there is a design/material flaw or a mistake made on our part. All items will be shipped out within a 2-3 week time frame and will be shipped via USPS. You will receive tracking at time of shipment.
